Healthy development through children's gymnastics

Children's gymnastics is versatile movement, playing and learning skills on and with equipment. It offers the children the space to move and experience that they need for healthy physical, mental, emotional and social development.
In children's gymnastics, all basic motor skills are regularly addressed and is therefore ideal for children who are to be encouraged in all areas. In addition to the motor skills, the executive functions and the language skills of the children are promoted in games and exercises. The children receive the best possible support from parent-child gymnastics to children's gymnastics in the first ten years of life and thus get the basis for lifelong sporting activities.
