Pilates with Katja

PILATES IS EFFECTIVE TOTAL BODY TRAINING

with a focus on the active center of the body, the so-called "powerhouse"

 

Katja offers you the opportunity to continue your Pilates training at home in short to medium training units. Ideally, you should already have done Pilates   and become familiar with the method. For  Beginners, the general rule is to only take part in the exercises to the extent that control can be maintained in the powerhouse.

The video series offers holistic body training, with different focal points always being set.
